Jaime and I took some before and after pictures for your visual viewing of this French Country style house. We did a light faux on the shutters and doors of this home. The original color was a light blue and the client wanted a subtle antiquing.

Just beautiful!!! It really changes the look and makes the brick blend even prettier.

It looks 100 times better- just like it was built long ago and aged gracefully. Love what a little glaze can add!

You didn’t mention adding the tie down thingies. That also adds to the look.

C’est parfait! You really have added a timeless look to the doors and the shutters. I would love to see some french looking urns flanking either side of the doors. You and your client must be thrilled!

Patricia, a set of urns would really make it complete! Couldn’t agree more.

The answer is YES. I love it! I want those on my house. My shutters and front door are so basic and blah…. -Julia
